Hosting

The site is hosted by:

• Supabase, Inc. — 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992 (database and authentication, instance located in Frankfurt, Germany, EU). supabase.com

Third-party services used to keep Nudge running:

• Sentry GmbH (Berlin, Germany, EU) — JavaScript error monitoring to fix bugs on the user side.
• Resend, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) — transactional emails (signup confirmation, password reset).

Intellectual property

The Nudge source code, visual identity (logo, design system) and editorial content belong to the editor. Any reproduction or commercial reuse without prior written consent is prohibited.

The application source code is currently kept private during the validation phase.

Liability

Nudge is provided free of charge "as is", without any warranty of availability, continuity, or absence of bugs. The editor cannot be held liable for any data loss, downtime, or indirect damage related to the use of the service.

We recommend not entrusting Nudge with critical information without keeping a copy elsewhere. A permanent account deletion feature is available at any time in the settings.

Applicable law

These notices are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
